Gastritis is inflammation of the gastric mucosa. Judging by the statistics, this disease has no “age”; it affects not only adults, but also schoolchildren, even infants. Traditional medicine and folk remedies are used to treat the disease. Ivan tea for gastritis is an invaluable assistant in curing the disease. Thanks to its enveloping property, irritation of the gastric mucosa does not occur and the patient recovers.

School illness

Many of those who are still in school, not to mention adults, have a disease such as gastritis. Although in fact this is a general name for some diseases of the stomach associated with disorders of its mucous membrane. A condition such as gastritis can develop for several reasons - poor diet, exposure to irritating substances such as tobacco or alcohol, infection with bacteria, fungi or parasites, chronic stress, long-term use of medications that cause irritation of the gastric mucosa. Many people are diagnosed with gastritis during their school years. That is why it is sometimes called school disease.

Types of gastritis

Doctors divide gastritis into several types. They depend on the etiology of the disease and the location of the main pathology zone. Among ordinary people, we most often talk about gastritis with low or high acidity of the stomach, although this division is fundamentally incorrect. But the acidity of gastric secretion is one of the indicators of the health of this organ. A reduced content of hydrochloric acid is most often observed when infected with bacteria, in particular Helicobacter pylori, during the life of which hydrochloric acid is replaced by ammonia. An increased content of hydrochloric acid in gastric secretions is associated with dysfunction of the stomach, which in turn leads to irritation of the mucous membrane and its degenerative changes - gastritis.

Magic fireweed tea

Medicinal plants contain a huge amount of useful active substances that help in the treatment of various diseases. One of these blooming pantries is fireweed. The plant has such an interesting name due to the fact that it has been used by people since ancient times as tea. The correct name is fireweed. Ivan tea grows in almost all regions of our country along forest edges, along roads, on embankments and forest clearings. It is used in the cuisine of some nationalities as a seasoning for soups and salads. Dried and ground roots serve as raw materials for making a drink and flour for dietary baking. Threads and fabrics are made from woody stems. Flowers and leaves of fireweed, as well as its roots, serve as medicinal raw materials. They are collected from mid-summer, from July, to mid-autumn, to October. The collected flowers and leaves are dried until withered for 24 hours, then rolled with the palms until the juice appears, again laid out in a thin layer, covered with a damp cloth and kept in this way for up to 10 hours. Fermented raw materials are dried in an oven at 1000 for 40 minutes. Dried herbs are stored in linen bags, a wooden box or a glass jar for no more than 2 years. The roots are dug up after flowering, in September-October. They are washed well in running water and dried at 700.

A useful plant is fireweed. How to brew it for medicinal purposes? For the treatment of gastritis with high acidity, this plant is perfect. Also, the infusion of the plant has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, which is also useful for gastritis. The fireweed infusion is prepared as follows:

  • 3 tablespoons of dry fireweed leaves + 1 glass of boiling water;
  • simmer over low heat for 15 minutes;

Fireweed and yarrow

Fireweed and yarrow for gastritis with high acidity are a universal way to overcome this problem. Yarrow contains chamazulene, a plant bactericidal, analgesic and anti-ulcer substance. Together with fireweed, this plant helps relieve pain from gastritis, colitis, and flatulence. Since yarrow has an active hemostatic property, it is recommended for use for gastritis and ulcers of the stomach and duodenum. It should be noted that this plant is special: in large quantities, decoctions or infusions from it turn into poison. Therefore, medicinal products based on yarrow should not be used by children, pregnant and lactating women. Due to the fact that this plant has the ability to increase blood clotting, it cannot be used to treat those who suffer from thrombosis or varicose veins. But if there are no contraindications, then a decoction of 2 parts fireweed and 1 part yarrow will help cope with gastritis with high acidity.

Tan

Ultraviolet radiation damages DNA and can lead to malignant degeneration of cells. This is one of the most significant risk factors for developing skin cancer and melanoma. Excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays should be avoided even by healthy people, and for cancer patients they are especially dangerous because many chemotherapy drugs and radiation therapy increase skin sensitivity. During treatment, it is important to follow these recommendations:

  • Try not to be outside during peak solar activity (between 10.00 and 16.00).
  • Cover your body with clothing as much as possible. But remember that overheating and dehydration are dangerous for cancer patients. Choose “breathable” fabrics: linen, bamboo, cotton.
  • Wear a wide-brimmed hat. This is especially important if you have lost hair as a result of chemotherapy.
  • Try to stay in the shade.
  • Do not sit for long periods near bodies of water. Water reflects the sun's rays.
  • When going outside in hot weather, take a bottle of water.
  • Use sunscreen.

Ivan tea and calendula

Another plant that is widely used for medicinal purposes is calendula. For gastritis with high acidity, it helps to cope with pain, having the ability to envelop the walls of the stomach. The fact that calendula is a good remedy for stomach pain caused by gastritis is noted by the centuries-old experience of traditional medicine. Pour 2 tablespoons of this mixture into 1 glass of boiling water, wrap and leave for 45 minutes, cool at room temperature and strain through several layers of gauze. This remedy is taken warm 2-3 times a day in the amount of 2 tablespoons.

When did people start drinking tea?

We know quite a lot about the beneficial properties of tea and its varieties, but almost nothing about its origin. There is not even a single point of view about which country can be considered the birthplace of tea. At least China and Japan

and
India
. In each of these countries, important cultural traditions are associated with tea.

It is believed that people first began making a tart drink from tea leaves in the third millennium BC

, although this is not known for certain. But it is obvious that the popularity of tea grew rapidly, not only in the countries where it was grown, but also in the countries where tea was exported. True tea connoisseurs are convinced that not only the process of drinking tea itself is important, but also the process of brewing the drink. But before studying the features of tea ceremonies, it is worth figuring out what kind of tea you should drink and when.

Alexander's review of heartburn treatment with herbs

Listen to the audio review by Alexander Kuzovkin (a transcription of this review is given below):

Hello, my name is Alexander, I'm 24 years old. I work as a courier delivering pizza, sushi, and all kinds of products. I am studying part-time to become a physical education teacher at a pedagogical institute. The problems started relatively recently, about a year ago. Problems in the gastrointestinal tract, and in particular began to suffer from heartburn and indigestion.

Traditional treatment

Moreover, at first everything was not so scary, literally a slight burning sensation, but every day they intensified. After which a moment came when it was impossible to even breathe, stand or sit, and I did not understand what was happening, why and how to cure it.

I contacted various doctors, all the doctors prescribed certain pills, but as a rule they helped for a very short period of time, and then the heartburn returned. Because of this, it was very difficult to go to work, study and live in general.

At some point, I realized that doctors were not coping with their responsibilities, I began to look for other sources, I learned from my grandmother, from relatives, maybe someone knows how to deal with this. I was searching on the Internet.

Everywhere different sources spoke differently. Some said: you need to do this, drink this. Everywhere they tried to sell something, some kind of medicine, but after reading a lot of reviews, a lot of stories, I realized that it didn’t work.

Naturopathy

And one day I came across such a wonderful woman as Marva Ohanyan - an outstanding person who understands many aspects of life, including so-called naturopathy. I have read many of her books. In some I found information on general health, on curing many diseases, for what reasons various types of diseases appear, how to cope, how to treat lesions, how to be healthy.

In one of her books, I read many different recipes that help in the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract and even the treatment of arthritis, arthrosis and many other diseases.

Herbs for heartburn

In particular, I found two simple recipes for myself on how to cure my heartburn with herbs. The first recipe is, roughly speaking, fleeting , i.e. if you urgently need to tone yourself up, and you have heartburn or an attack. This recipe uses aloe. I think everyone has it on their balcony, their mother or grandmother grows it.

You need to take the bottom three leaves of a fairly old plant; they should be dry at the ends. Take one leaf and chop it. It is important not to grind in a meat grinder, because the beneficial properties will be lost and the leaf will begin to oxidize. You need to chop it with a knife, place it in gauze or any fabric and squeeze out the juice. After this, you stir 30 ml of juice with 150 ml of boiling water. Stir and drink in small sips.

This helps relieve heartburn for a short period of time, but it does not cure heartburn.

The second recipe is a course. It is made from plantain. Everyone knows what plantain is; everyone applied it to wounds in childhood.

The recipe is this: take a plantain, dry the leaves and seeds of the plantain. Take a pinch of the dried plant, pour boiling water over it, and you get one glass of boiling water per pinch. Let it brew for an hour and drink one sip at a time throughout the day. The course is about a month or two.

And after taking these medicinal herbs, the heartburn went away. These are my recommendations. Listen to yourself, Mother Nature, and everything will be fine.

And if you want to learn from Elena Malysheva about how you can save money on curing heartburn, then watch this 12-minute video.

This means taking certain medications, following a diet, giving up cigarettes and alcoholic beverages, and maintaining a proper lifestyle. Medicinal herbs will serve as good helpers in the treatment of gastritis with high acidity.

Fireweed has long been used as a healthy and tasty drink - “Koporie tea”. This plant is rich in beneficial substances that help fight diseases and painful conditions and improve overall well-being.

Recommended foods for cancer

The body of a cancer patient struggles with a dangerous disease and experiences additional stress due to treatment. In order to restore resources in time, it needs a sufficient amount of proteins and other nutrients and calories. At the same time, the food should be healthy.

Foods with the highest protein and calorie content include: beans, chicken, meat, yogurt, fish, eggs. They are especially important for cancer patients who have lost a lot of weight or suffer from anorexia.

Some patients, on the contrary, are overweight and obese. They are advised to eat more vegetables and fruits, choose lean meat, limit as much as possible high-fat foods (butter, mayonnaise, desserts, fried foods), and salt.

For each oncology patient, the diet is selected individually. It is important to take into account not only the needs of the body, but also the person’s personal preferences - food should be tasty. Euroonko has its own restaurant and employs professional chefs.
