Rowan tincture. Recipe:

  • Before frost, collect red rowan berries and rinse.
  • Then put it in a liter jar, alternating a layer of rowan and a layer of sand. Continue this way until the very top.
  • Tie the jar with gauze and keep it in the sun until the sugar dissolves.
  • Place the jar in the cupboard for 3 weeks (make sure that the sugar does not ferment).

  • Pour in alcohol at the rate of 25 g per 0.5 liter of syrup.

Drink 1 tablespoon of the tincture in the morning before breakfast. Even with persistent constipation, the tincture acts very quickly.

In addition to folk remedies, cleaning can be performed with a herbal preparation. This is polyphepane, which has the ability to absorb microbes, toxins, heavy metal salts, and excess cholesterol.

Transfer the contents of the package into a jar, fill with water about two fingers higher. Take 1 teaspoon an hour before meals, 4 times a day, with water. Treatment lasts 7 days. A prerequisite is to follow a vegetarian diet. Dinner must be no later than 18:00.

A diet for cleansing, restoring and normalizing intestinal function should include:

Cleansing properties of flax seeds

Flax seeds will gently and fairly quickly cleanse the intestinal tract. The recipes are quite simple, but very effective:

  1. Prepare the drink: 5 hours before bedtime, pour a glass of boiling water into 1 teaspoon of flax seeds. Before going to bed, drink the infusion and eat the seeds.

Another cleanser is castor oil. It is very difficult to drink it in its pure form, but diluting it with jelly or milk is recommended. On an empty stomach you should drink 2-3 tbsp. spoons for 0.5 cups of milk or jelly.

Another recipe: 2 tbsp. Combine spoons of castor oil with 3 tbsp. spoons of maple syrup and 100 ml of water. It is better to take the emulsion on an empty stomach. After consulting a doctor, pregnant women and children can drink it.

Tibetan monks' method of purification

A very simple but completely harmless Tibetan method of cleansing with rice:

  1. Buy round rice. Take as many tablespoons of cereal as your age.
